This past week I had the distinct pleasure of attending the 19th Queensland Indigenous Youth Leadership Program (QIYLP) 👏🏽
QIYLP is a program that brings together young and emerging leaders from across QLD and it changed my life in a way that I never expected.
I STRONGLY encourage anyone 18-25 to apply for next years program - believe me when I say you won’t be the only one with nerves the night before!
This group of young leaders changed my life and have given me hope that our future has so many deadly and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders in it ✊🏻✊🏽✊🏿
There were a few highlights including hearing from the the incredible @leeanneenoch_mp, yarning with @michael.berkman and speaking as the elected Youth Shadow Minister for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships in the Eric Deeral Youth Parliament at @queenslandparliament
